    Incorporating various modalities, including Chi Nei Tsang, Tui Na, Thai, Swedish and Deep Tissue.

    We start by releasing tension along the back, shoulder, neck and head, to help soften the body and pacify the nervous system. This helps one to better drop in and receive the beautiful and profound work of Chi Nei Tsang at the abdomen.

    Disrobe to your level of comfort. You will be fully draped, except the area being worked on. Massage lotion used as need.

    Working with the pressure gradients of the abdomen, this modality can assist with deep emotional digestion.
